Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RVbound (“RV BOUND,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RVbound mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information: When you sign in with email (magic link), Google, or Apple, we receive your email address and basic profile information. Authentication is handled through Supabase; session tokens are stored securely on your device.

RV profile and app content: RV details, trip plans, journal entries, maintenance records, community posts, direct messages, and saved places are stored with your account.

Location information: If you allow location access, we use it for campgrounds, services, weather, and trip planning. We do not persist your live GPS trail on our servers.

Photos: Images you upload for an RV photo or AI-assisted features are processed to provide that feature.

Payment information: Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Push notifications: If enabled, we store a device push token.

Usage and diagnostics: We may collect server logs and error reports. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the App.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the App, authenticate you, process subscriptions, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

• Supabase — authentication and database

• Google / Apple Sign-In — authentication
• Expo (EAS Updates) — over-the-air updates
• AI providers (e.g. OpenAI) — repair assistant and similar features

Account deletion

Profile → Settings in the App, or email support@gorvbound.com.
